When it comes to holiday desserts, quick and easy recipes almost always win out for me.
The reality is, I want a delicious dessert that will look impressive, but I don’t have hours to spend working on it.
That’s where these no-bake Easter cookies come into play!
They’re so simple to make, with just a few ingredients, and they look completely adorable! They’re like little birds’ nests with candy eggs in them, so they’re festive AND delicious.
I’ll show you how to make these bite-size treats without even heating up your oven!

Easter No-Bake Cookies Made with Oreos
Have you ever had an Oreo truffle?
They’re balls made from crushed up Oreos and cream cheese, which are then coated in chocolate.
These easy no-bake cookies use those same components, but the result is a cookie cup filled with candy.
Mint Oreos and cream cheese make the cookie base, then melted candy wafers fill up the base, which is topped with Cadbury mini-eggs.
Of course, you could also use jellybeans or another candy egg, if you’d prefer!

How to Make Easter No-Bake Cookies
It’s really easy to whip up this festive dessert.
Ingredients You’ll Need:
- Mint Oreo Cookies (or other Oreo variety)
- Cream Cheese
- Melting Wafers
- Cadbury Mini Eggs

How to Make It:
Crush cookies. First, you’ll add the Oreos to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse the cookies until they’re fine crumbs.
If you don’t have a food processor, add them to a zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin.

Add cream cheese. Next, you’ll add cream cheese to the Oreo crumbs, and use the food processor to combine together.
You can also stir them together by hand, if needed.

Shape the cookies. Scoop the Oreo cream cheese mixture into balls, and place on a lined baking sheet.
Use a spoon or your fingers to create a well in the center of each ball, making it sort of like a cup.
Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator and let the cookie dough chill for at least 30 minutes.

Melt the white chocolate. After the cookies have chilled, you’ll melt the white chocolate wafers in the microwave, until the mixture is smooth.

Fill the cookie cups. Last, you’ll spoon some of the melted chocolate into the cookie cups, then top with mini Cadbury eggs.

Notes and Adaptations:
- The cookie base will get softer at room temperature, so keep these chilled until about 10-15 minutes before serving. Then let them sit out for about 10-15 minutes to soften just a bit before serving.
- I used confetti candy melts, but you can also use white chocolate (or another color of your choice).
- I like the refreshing flavor of mint Oreos in these cookies, but you can use regular or golden Oreos if preferred.

No-Bake Easter Cookies

These lovely no-bake cookies are perfect for Easter! They're easy to make and taste delicious, with a cookie base and a candy-filled center.
Ingredients
- 18 mint Oreo cookies
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 3/4 cup confetti melting wafers (or white chocolate wafers)
- 42 Cadbury mini eggs
Instructions
- Add Oreo cookies to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until the mixture is crumbs.
- Add cream cheese to the food processor, continuing to pulse until combined, forming a no bake cookie dough.
- Scoop out the cookie dough, rolling into balls about 1.5" in diameter.
- Place the cookie balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Use the back of a measuring spoon to create a depression in each of the rounds of dough.
- Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Once 30 minutes has passed, add the candy melts to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, then remove and stir well. Continue microwaving in 15-second increments, stirring after each, until fully melted and smooth.
- Spoon melted candy into the depressions of each cookie. Top with three Cadbury mini eggs, gently pressing them into the white chocolate.
- Return pan to the refrigerator and chill for 10 minutes to allow to harden before serving.
