Blondies with Eggnog
Making eggnog blondies is so simple! The holiday flavor is unmistakable, making them a great addition to any Christmas party.
The base includes spices common to eggnog (the cinnamon and nutmeg flavor really shine), and the eggnog itself helps bring more flavor, sweetness, and moisture to the blondies so they stay nice and tender.
Blondies are a fantastic Christmas dessert for a crowd, especially since you can cut them into small squares and add them to an assortment of goodies on a dessert table.
Adding chopped nuts gives a little crunch, but you can omit them if you need a nut-free dessert. If so, feel free to add extra white chocolate chips to the batter to compensate.
